为适应新的作战需求,多功能综合射频技术逐步进入深度发展阶段,其硬件架构不断成熟,功能不断扩展,集成度越来越高,逐渐从后端处理集成不断向前端射频集成推进,从探干侦通射频一体化到微波光电一体化,再到电磁指控一体化。文中首先回顾了多功能综合射频技术的发展历程,对当前典型综合射频项目进行解析,阐述了同时收发、超宽带阵列、微波光子、一体化波形等关键技术进展。

Confronting with new operation needs, integrated multifunction RF technology is stepping into deep development phase with more mature hardware architecture, more extensive functions and higher integrity, from terminal process integration to frontend integration, from Radar-EW-ESM-COMM integration to microwave-EO/ IR integration and electromagnetic command-control integration. In this paper, development history of integrated multifunction RF technology is overviewed, current multifunction RF integration projects are discussed, and key enablers including simultaneous transmit-receive (STAR), ultra-wideband array, microwave photonics and integrated waveform design are analyzed.
