为降低雷达研制及维护成本,越来越多的大型相控阵雷达采用大单元间距的天线阵面设计方案,如何克服大单元间距阵列与生俱来的栅瓣缺陷成为该类型相控阵雷达的关键技术点。常见的研究方向是,通过天线阵面的非周期化设计,在一定程度上降低栅瓣电平。文中从数据处理的专业角度,介绍了一种基于多频验证的防栅瓣跟踪技术,通过改善常规闭环跟踪流程,利用栅瓣的频率特性,在栅瓣存在或者无法彻底消除的情况下依然可以准确区分主瓣栅瓣目标,实现防栅瓣闭环跟踪。实验结果表明:该技术防栅瓣效率高,效果好,具有较好的普适性,对各种类型的相控阵雷达均可起到良好的防栅瓣跟踪效果。

In order to reduce the cost of development and maintenance, the large element space antenna design scheme is favored by more and more large phased array radars. That makes the avoidance of the grating lobe, which is born with the large element space antenna, a key technology of those radars. Previous researches often focus on how to reduce the electrical level of the grating lobe by adopting aperiodic antenna. This paper introduces a new grating lobe avoidance tracking technology based on multi-frequencies validating from the perspective of radar data processing (RDP). Through optimizing tracking flow and analyzing frequency characteristics, it can accurately identify targets in the main lobe or the grating lobe, and keep tracking under circumstance of the coexistence of the grating lobe. Experimental results have proved its high efficiency and universality on grating lobe avoidance. Therefore, it can be applied to various phased array radars to keep tracking with grating lobe.
