针对新一代天气雷达回波数据存在电磁干扰杂波污染的问题,从雷达的扫描和数据录取策略出发,分析电磁干扰杂波的形态和特征,并提出抑制方法。连续波干扰具有全径向满充塞的特点,各距离库回波功率相近,径向速度和谱宽数据因距离折叠而无效。根据干扰脉冲的脉冲重复频率、脉宽与雷达脉冲重复频率、距离门的关系,脉冲波干扰的距离库和功率分布有不同的表现形式。在数字信号处理端使用拟合均方根误差控制提取的径向底噪声实现了电磁干扰杂波抑制。使用径向干扰识别和数列自相关的方法,进行了雷达基数据电磁干扰杂波的滤除。

In order to resolve the problem of electromagnetic interference(EMI) clutter in CINRAD,the shape and characteristics of EMI clutter has been studied by the radar scanning and data acquisition strategy, and the suppression method is proposed. Continuous-wave(CW) interference has the characteristics of full radial filling, the echo power of each range library is similar, and the radial velocity and spectral width data are invalid due to distance folding. According to the relationship between the pulse repetition frequency(PRF) and pulse width of jamming pulse, PRF and range gate of CINRAD, the range library and echo power distribution of pulse wave jamming have different forms. EMI clutter is suppressed using the radial background noise which extraction controlled by root mean square error of fitting in digital signal processing. The method of radial interference recognition and autocorrelation is used to filter the electromagnetic interference clutter in CINRAD base data.
