简要介绍了对常规舱外密封设备采取的防腐措施及不足之处, 分析了某天线座内出现潮湿、凝露、腐蚀、进水原因,提出了设计源头阻止和预防措施并举的改进方案。并阐述了改进天线罩、防潮湿调压装置、充气阀、安全阀、漏水检测报警装置结构及工作原理、试验验证情况。对提高天线密封试验等级要求必要性进行了说明,为具有同样问题的舱外密封设备提供了一种新的设计技术参考。

The anti-corrosion measures and its shortcomings of conventional cabin sealing equipment are briefly introduced, the causes of dampness, condensation and water intake in the antenna pedestal are analyzed, and the improvement scheme of design source prevention and preventive measures put forward. The structure, working principle and test verification of the improved radome, moisture-proofing pressure-regulating device, inflatable valve, safety valve, leakage detection alarm device are introduced. The necessity of improving the antenna sealing level is illustrated, which provides a new technical design reference for the extra-vehicularsealing equipment with the same problems.
