功率分配网络是一种将一路微波功率按照一定比例分成多路输出的微波无源网络。但平面功分网络在结构上不能满足电路日益提高的小型化需求。文中提出了一种基于结构共形的小型化功分网络的设计思路及方法,将小型化功分网络嵌入了结构体中。该设计通过高频微波电磁场仿真并实物验证;同时,给出了小型化综合网络的仿真模型和加工实物图。实测数据很好地验证了仿真结果,在满足小损耗指标的同时满足了小型化要求,并成功实现功分网络与结构体的完美结合。文中还就设计思路的工程应用进行了阐述,该设计思路是对未来三维空间内电路小型化设计方法的深入探索。

Power dividing network is a microwave passive network that divides a microwave power into multiple outputs according to a certain proportion. However, a planar multi-way power dividing network is always large in size that hardly meets the growing demand for circuit miniaturization. The idea and method to design a miniaturization microwave power dividing circuit based on conformal structure are presented and implanted in the structure. The network is designed through high frequency structure simulator (HFSS) and reality verification. Meanwhile, the HFSS simulation model and physical map of integrated network are provided. The test data verifies the simulation results well. The network meets the requirements of miniaturization and small loss index at the same time. The perfect combination of power distribution network and structure is successfully realized. The engineering application of design ideas is also provided in the paper, which can be expected to three-dimensional miniaturized circuit.
