为应对雷达多功能多任务的需求,提出了一种基于真空管和固态管并联工作的双通道混合型发射机,并介绍了该类型发射机的设计要点,包括双通道射频链路的设计、多功能综合控制保护系统的设计、行波管放大链的设计、固态放大链的设计。另外,根据发射机的应用特点,简单介绍了结构设计和热设计的要点,并给出了发射机热设计的仿真结果。

In order to meet the needs of multi-function and multi-task for radars, a dual channel hybrid transmitter is proposed, which is based on the parallel operation of vacuum tube and solid state tube. Several design points of this kind of transmitter are introduced, including the design of dual-channel radio frequency link, multifunctional integrated control and protection system, miniaturized broadband traveling-wave tube amplification chain, and solid state amplification chain. According to the application characteristics of this transmitter, the key points of structure and thermal design are briefly introduced and partial simulation results of thermal design are presented.
