C2BMC(Command and Control,Battle Management and Communication)系统作为美军全球一体化弹道导弹防御系统的神经中枢,在其传感器协同探测与资源一体化管控中发挥着至关重要的作用。文中首先从C2BMC 系统的由来、指控架构和传感器管控架构三个方面对C2BMC 的协同探测与资源管控基础进行了分析;其次,回顾分析了C2BMC 系统协同探测与资源管控能力的发展历程;最后,分析探讨了传感器探测预案设计与应用、传感器信息标准化处理与一体化发布以及高速数传网络支撑等C2BMC 的协同探测与资源管控关键技术。相关研究可为反导预警系统的传感器资源管控和一体化作战运用研究提供指导和依据。

The C2BMC(Command and Control, Battle Management and Communication)system is the US global ballistic missile defense system's nerve center which plays a very important role in the coordinated detecting and sensor resource management. This article firstly introduces the reason, the command and control architecture and the sensor management structure of the C2BMC system. Secondly, the developing process of the C2BMC's coordinated detecting and sensor resource management was reviewed. Lastly, the key coordinated detecting and sensor resource management technology of the C2BMC such as the design and application of detecting plan, the standardized processing and integrated pushing of the sensor information and the high speed data transmission network were analyzed. The study of the C2BMC system can provides important guide and reference for the sensor resource management and integrated operating application of the ballistic missile early warning system.
