基于C 波段T/ R 组件在有源相控阵雷达中的应用进行了研究,在对T/ R 组件技术指标分析基础上,确定各单元电路实现途径。低噪声放大器使用微带电路设计;3 dB 环形电桥采用微带实现;在各单元电路的基础上完成T/ R 组件的接收通道、发射通道设计。在5. 35 GHz~5. 95 GHz 频率范围内,C 波段T/ R 组件接收增益大于21 dB,噪声系数低于3. 5 dB,移相精度小于10. 69°,衰减精度小于2. 60 dB。发射输出功率高于40. 22 dBm,功率增益高于35. 33 dB,输出功率起伏小于±0. 5 dB,达到指标要求。

[Abstract]
The application of C-band T/ R module in the active phased array radar is described in this paper. On the basis of analyzing the technical index of T/ R module, the realization way of each unit circuit is determined. Low noise amplifier uses microstrip circuit design; 3 dB ring bridge uses microstrip circuit design; completes the design of receiving channel and transmitting channel of T/ R module on the basis of each unit circuit. In the frequency range of 5. 35 GHz ~ 5. 95 GHz, the gain of receiving of C-band T/ R module is more than 21 dB, the noise figure is lower than 3. 5 dB, the maximum error of phase shifting accuracy is less than 10. 69°, and the maximum error of attenuation accuracy is less than 2. 60 dB. The output power of the transmitting branch is higher than 40. 22 dBm, the power gain is higher than 35. 33 dB, and the output power fluctuation is less than ± 0. 5 dB, which meets the requirements of the target.
