针对电磁干扰(EMI)会导致收发(T/ R)组件性能下降,功能不正常,严重时会导致电路损坏,功能失效,给雷达整机带来致命的影响的问题,文中主要介绍了T/R组件设计过程中常见的(EMI)问题及解决措施,同时梳理了针对EMI问题的T/R组件设计原则,以利于减少T/R组件设计中EMI问题的产生。

The problem that the electromagnetic interference(EMI) between the functional modules has become more and more significant with the development of the integration level and complexity of T/ R module. EMI could result in the performance degradation and function errors of T/ R modules, and even the circuits damage leading to the fatal influence to the RADAR in extreme situations. Therefore the EMI issue should be attached importance to in the preliminary stage of T/ R module design. Presented here are representative issues and solutions of EMI problems in T/ R module designing. Also the principles of T/ R module design aiming at reducing the damage resulting from EMI issues are illustrated.
