文中叙述了天线罩测试系统的组成,按照电性能参数的测试原理,运用动态搜零的核心算法,以VS2010为开发平台,采用C#编程语言开发了系统软件,分析了系统的关键技术,实现了透过率、瞄准误差的同步测试。测试结果表明:透过率的重复测试精度小于2%,瞄准误差的重复测试精度为0. 26′(RMS),测试速度相比静态搜零的方法提高数倍。本系统对天线罩电性能测试具有重要参考意义。

The electrical performance parameters of radome include transmission and bore-sight error. The composition of the testing system is described in this paper. The core algorithm of dynamic null-seeking is used according to the test principle of electrical performance parameters. The system software takes VS2010 as development platform and is developed with C# programming language. The key technology of the system is analyzed. The simultaneous measurement of transmission and bore-sight error is realized. The test results show that the repetition test accuracy of transmission is less than 2?? and the repetition test accuracy of boresight error is 0. 26′(RMS). Compared with the method of static null-seeking, test efficiency has been improved many times. This system has important reference significance for electrical performance test of radome.
