电厚度是雷达天线罩重要的电性能参数,反射测量是天线罩制造过程中常用的电厚度检测方法,但测试探头与被测天线罩的失配反射限制了反射法的测量范围。在分析失配原理的基础上,设计了一种基于T 波导结构的贴合式探头,可以利用可调衰减器和滑动短路器的简单组合,补偿消除失配反射信号。给出了调节校准方法,并通过数值仿真和实际测量,验证了设计的有效性。测试探头结构简单、调节校准方便,扩展了传统测试方法适用范围,提升了天线罩可测试厚度,与微波反射计或相位差测量装置配合,可以直接构成便携式电厚度反射测试仪,对天线罩研制生产现场工艺控制和装备应用现场性能检验具有重要意义。

The electrical thickness is an important parameter of the electrical performance of the radome. Reflection measurement is a common method for measuring electric thickness in the manufacture of radome, but the measurement ability is significantly limited by the mismatch between the test probe and the radome under test. Based on the analysis to the principles of the mismatch, one kind of T-waveguide-based composite probe is proposed innovatively. Utilizing the simple combination of adjustable attenuator and sliding circuit breaker, the mismatch reflected signal of probe can be compensated and eliminated. Adjustment and calibration method are given, and the effectiveness of the design is verified through numerical simulation and practical measurement. The test probe has a simple structure and convenient adjustment and calibration, which expands the application scope of the traditional method and increases the valid test thickness of the radome. It can also be used to constitute the portable electrical thickness reflection measurement apparatus together with the microwave reflector or phase difference measuring device, which is of great significance to the on-site process control of the radome manufacture, as well as the on-site performance test of the equipment application.
