频率选择表面(FSS)可用于反射面天线的副反射面,为反射面天线系统实现多频段工作提供一种有效方法。提出一种基于卷曲圆环结构的小型化频率选择结构,对L 频段的电磁呈透射特性,对X 频段电磁波呈反射特性,其阻带带宽高达40??。文中对FSS 副面进行了加工和测试,测试结果显示,在L 和X 频段,FSS 副面的插入损耗分别小于0. 63 dB 和0. 5 dB,基于该副面的5. 2 m L/ X 双频共用卡式天线的效率大于51. 3??,第一旁瓣低于-18. 08 dB。文中设计的FSS 具有小型化、宽带低损耗、角度稳定性高的优点,可用于多频共用反射面天线的工程设计。

Frequency selective surface (FSS) can be used as subreflector, which provides an effective solution for the multi-frequency band reflector antenna system. In this paper, a novel FSS consisting of a convoluted circular ring element is presented, which is transparent in L band and reflecting in X band. The bandwidth of the stop-band of the single layer FSS is up to 40%in X band. The proposed FSS subreflector is fabricated and measured. The tested results show that the insertion losses are less than 0. 63 dB and 0. 5 dB in L and X band, respectively. The efficiency of 5. 2 m L/ X Cassegrain antenna with the FSS subreflector is greater than 51. 3%, and first sidelobe level is less than -18. 08 dB. The proposed FSS has the advantage of small size, wide band and good stability with incident angle, which can be used for multi-band reflector antenna design.
