基于相控阵天线大扫描角和瞬时带宽的需求,为解决孔径渡越时间带来的失真问题,设计一种S 波段收发共用高精度延迟线。该延迟线由收发转换开关、六位延迟模块、延迟电缆组件和波控走线板组成,共64 种延迟状态实现最大延迟量19. 4 ns。采用模块化设计的方式,根据其收发转换模块、小位延迟模块和大位延迟模块各自不同的特点,针对性设计和仿真优化,并通过微组装工艺实现。延长线实测结果如下:所有延迟状态下幅度带内平坦度优于1 dB、延迟相位精度≤±10°、延迟幅度精度≤±0. 5 dB,优于应用需求。

Based on requirements of large scale scanning steer, instantaneous bandwidth, and improvement of signal distortion causing by aperture crossing for phased array antenna, the technique of S-band diplex and high accuracy design for true time delay (TTD) module is proposed. Utilizing receiving/ transmitting switcher, sext-bit delay line, delay module, and logical-driving circuits, total 64 delay states and maximum delay time 19. 4 ns is realized. Focused on receiving/ transmitting switching, small-scale delay, large-scale delay, simulation validation incorporates with micro-assemble technology, the delay module is guaranteed. For example, a 6-bit 63λ delay module is designed, whose measurement shows amplitude fluctuation is better than 1 dB, delay phase/ amplitude accuracy are within ±10° and ±0. 5 dB.
