雷达作用距离越来越远、功率密度越来越高,受限于雷达天线单元间距,尤其是高频段雷达阵面电源系统工程实现难度很大,而作为雷达阵面重要组成单元,阵面电源系统的作用显得十分突出,传统的电源系统架构已无法满足雷达阵面发展需求。文中通过几种电源供电架构的对比,阐述了脉冲峰值功率供电架构对于雷达阵面的必要性,阐明了高功率密度脉冲负载电源是雷达阵面脉冲功率供电架构的关键技术。全面介绍了脉冲负载电源主功率电路、环路调节及补偿电路、磁组合以及功率器件散热的实现方法,最后通过一台5 kW 高功率密度脉冲负载电源样机研制及测试数据分析验证了设计的正确性。

More and more distant from the radar range, high power density is more and more restricted to radar antenna element spacing, particularly is high frequency radar antenna power system engineering implementation is very difficult, and as an important unit of radar antenna power, the role of the front power supply system is very outstanding, the traditional power system architecture have been unable to meet the demand of development of the radar antenna. In this paper expounds the necessity of pulse peak power supply architecture for high frequency radar front, and indicates that high power density pulse power supply is the key technology of pulse peak power supply architecture for radar front. The design methods of main power circuit ,loop regulation and compensation circuit, magnetic combination and heat dissipation of power devices of pulse supply are introduced comprehensively. Finally, the correctness of the design is verified by a prototype of high power density power supply with peak power of 5 kW.
