雷达散射截面(RCS)是预警雷达感知和识别目标最重要和最基本的信息源,文中首先对典型突防飞行器目标F-22、X-51A 的电磁散射特性进行了分析计算;然后,基于全空域RCS 数据库构建了雷达对隐身飞行器的预警探测、检测数学模型,对目标动态RCS特性对雷达探测、检测能力进行量化效能评估。研究结果为隐身/ 反隐身作战效能评估提供了演习理论支撑与战法创新依据,具有重要的军事应用意义。

Radar cross section (RCS) is the most important and basic information source for early warning radar perceiving and identifying the target. Firstly, analysis and calculation on electromagnetic scattering characteristics of typical maneuverable target aircraft model F-22 and X51A is done. Based on the whole airspace RCS database, radar early warning detecting mathematical model conduct quantitative performance evaluation on target dynamic RCS characteristics detecting radar ability. The results provide exercise theoretical support and military strategy innovation for stealth/ anti-stealth campaign performance evaluation, showing important military application significance.
