针对主动拦截防护系统探测雷达防护能力问题,设计了一种X波段连续波雷达防弹天线罩。首先,根据雷达的应用场景提出了天线罩设计原则;然后,应用超高分子量聚乙烯材料制作出防弹天线罩,并对其进行了电气性能、防护性能和外场试验测试。测试结果表明:设计制作的防弹天线罩具有良好的电气性能和防护性能,可以满足主动拦截防护系统对探测雷达自身防护能力的需求。

Aiming at the problem of radar protection ability of active interception protection system, an X-band continuous wave radar bulletproof radome is designed. Firstly, the design principle of radome is put forward according to the application scenario of radar. Then, the bulletproof radome is made by ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, and its electrical performance, protection performance and field test are tested. The test results show that the bulletproof radome has good electrical performance and protection performance, which can meet the requirements of active interception protection system for the self-protection ability of radar.
