当前对于雷达目标的研究大多是针对固定特性目标进行的,而对目标可变特征的研究鲜有提及。为衡量目标主动调控改变自身散射特性占用和消耗雷达资源情况,文中研究了调控人工电磁材料产生雷达效应的资源消耗度量,借助相控阵雷达中搜索时间、照射次数及资源裕度等多种衡量指标建立评估模型,对目标在雷达搜索阶段占用的雷达资源进行多角度的评估分析。仿真结果表明,目标采取主动调控手段可在搜索确认过程中实现雷达资源的消耗,在提出的模型背景下,通过调控降低目标回波幅度及调控增加假目标数目,会重复调用雷达资源,从雷达资源的角度为目标防护及指导材料设计提供新思路。

At present, the research of radar on the target are centered on the fixed characteristic of the target, while there is little research on the proactive control of the target′s characteristic. To figure out the radar resource consumption that the proactive control of the target takes up to change its scattering characteristic, this paper carries out a study on the resource consumption measurement to generate radar effects by regulating the surface metamaterial of artificial electromagnetism. Besides that, this paper also aims to establish an assessment model based on such measurement indexes of the phase array radar as searching time, irradiation time and resource abundance, so as to conduct an assessment analysis from various perspectives on the radar resource taken up by the target during radar search. The simulation result shows that by modulating the electromagnetic materials, targets can achieve the consumption of radar resources in the process of searching and identifying, In the context of proposed model, reducing the echo amplitude of target and adding the number of false targets, which are caused by modulating the electromagnetic materials, will call resource repeatedly, and it will provide ideas for target protection and material design from the perspective of radar resources.
