通过在金属线表面刻蚀周期性凹槽来构造一种新颖的平滑渐变结构,可将传统同轴波导支持的导行电磁波转换为沿金属线表面高效传播的人工表面等离激元波。数值仿真和实验比对结果验证了文中设计结构的宽带和高效转换效能。在此基础上,又构造了一种渐变锥形周期性金属结构,实现了太赫兹频段电磁波的场强聚焦与放大。

In this paper, a novel smooth gradual structure is construted by etching periodic grooves on the surface of the metal wire, which can convert the guided electromagnetic wave supported by the traditional coaxial waveguide into an artificial surface plasmon that efficiently propagates along the surface of the metal wire. Excimer wave. Numerical simulation and experimental comparison results verify the broadband and high-efficiency conversion efficiency of the structure designed in this paper. On this basis, this paper constructs a tapered periodic metal structure to achieve the focus and amplification of the electromagnetic wave in the terahertz frequency band.
