设计了一种毫米波有源相控阵雷达,用于实现宽带信号收发、高分辨成像。针对毫米波成像雷达对系统幅相误差敏感的特点,提出了一种基于软件补偿的宽带幅相误差修正方法,修正后的一维距离像主副瓣比由~5 dB提升至~40 dB,距离分辨率达到~5 cm,可满足高分辨宽带成像需求。最后,探讨了基于Keystone变换的大转角成像方法在毫米波宽带成像中的应用,有效校正了目标散射点跨距离单元徙动误差,并最终获得了民航飞机的高分辨二维成像结果。

A millimeter wave phased array radar for high resolution imaging is designed. A software-based method employed to compensate the amplitude and phase error of target signal has been proposed. After compensating the error, the normalized sidelobe of high resolution range profile(HRRP) can be improved from ~5 dB to ~40 dB and the resolution of HRRP can be 5 cm, which can satisfy the demand of high resolution imaging. Besides, we have also discussed the application of inverse synthetic aperture radar (ISAR) imaging method based on Keystone transformation. By using this method, the error of scattering point moving through range units can be compensated. Finally, the high resolution ISAR image of airplane has been obtained.
