针对高原环境严重影响装备维修保障人员效能发挥的现实问题,以影响高原环境下维修保障人员效能的主要因素分析为基础,建立评估指标体系,根据专家打分结果确定各指标权重,实现对维修保障人员效能的量化评估。通过实例分析,验证采用成次分析法得到的评估结果与维修保障人员现实表现相一致。该方法思路清晰、计算简便,结果客观、科学,对于检验维修保障人员能力、指导复杂环境维修保障力量建设、辅助维修保障方案决策具有重要意义。
