介绍了一种用于小型相控阵天线前端的高低频混合集成网络设计,采用多层板实现了射频收发网络、控制线路网络及电源分配网络的集成,适合空间紧凑、小型化要求较高的应用场景。实测结果显示,12路射频收发功分网络插入损耗小于15dB,控制及电源信号均良好联通,混合集成网络主体厚度仅2. 7 mm。

[Abstract]
A design of high and low frequency hybrid integrated network which used for a miniaturized phased array antenna system is proposed. Based on multilayer board, RF transceiver network, control circuit network and power distribution network are integrated. It is better to be used for the application scenarios which have a compact space and miniaturization demand. The measured results show that the insertion loss of 12-way RF transceiver network is less than 15 dB, both of the control signal and the power signal are connected well, the thickness of the mixed integrated network′s main part is only 2. 7 mm.
