文中提出了基于无人机平台外挂标准金属球的标定方案,利用Ku/ Ka雷达进行了外部标定验证试验,对标定原理、金属球选择、距离选择等相关技术进行了较详细地阐述。结果表明,无人机平台外挂标准金属球是实用可行的气象雷达外部标定试验方法。与气球、支架等其他平台相比,无人机方案具有稳定性较好、成本低、背景干扰小等优点,该方法对气象雷达准确性的校正具有十分重要的意义,具有很好的推广价值。

In this paper, a calibration approach based on the standard metal ball hanging on the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV)platform is proposed and the calibration principle, size and distance selection of metal ball and other related technologies are elaborated in detail. The external calibration test with Ku/ Ka radar is completed. The results show that the proposed method is practical and feasible for weather radar calibration. Compared with other calibration methods using balloons and brackets, the UAV solution has the advantages of good stability, low cost, and low interference. This method is of great significance for improving the accuracy of weather radar and has good extension and application value.
