基于分布式控制和现代测试技术,采用并联谐振的程控高压电源、新型冷却设备、专用行波管适配器,通过通用化、模块化和兼容性设计,研制了舰船行波管综合老炼测试系统。该系统能覆盖多种型号行波管的老炼和检测,可扩展性强,操作简便;测试结果精确直观,可准确反映受试行波管的技术状态。设计综合考虑了人员、设备和器件的安全性,能满足受试行波管的全部工作条件,为行波管定期老炼维护和性能检验提供了有效平台,解决了兼容多型行波管老炼测试的难题。并且,对延长行波管寿命节约装备保障成本提供了保证,可以有效提高装备保障效率、赢得作战训练的主动,填补了国内舰船行波管综合老炼测试手段的空白,具有重要的军事经济意义。

Using the programmed controllable high voltage power supplies with parallel resonance circuit, new-type cooling equipment, customized TWT adapters, the TWT Synthetic Ageing & Testing System for the Shipboard Radars based on the distributed controlling, modern measuring and testing technologies was developed by general, modular, and compatible designs. It has stable performance with advanced technology and easy to operate for various types of TWTs and can be extended which provided the complete operating conditions for the TWT under test. The accurate and intuitional testing results based on the system can reflect the state of the TWT under test well. The safeties of the operators, testing equipment and the TWT under test were fully considered. It has provided an effective method of ageing and testing which suited to various types of TWTs. It has filled in gaps of the method for the TWT synthetic ageing & testing , lengthened the TWT′s lifetime, lowered the price and enhanced the efficient of equipment support, earned the initiative of the operations and trainings. The significant military and economic benefits have been obtained.
