在雷达和电子对抗装备智能化水平相同的条件下,由于电子对抗具有攻击主动和能量优势的特点,雷达方处于劣势地位。因此,雷达需采取比电子对抗更高的智能化水平来进行应对。文中讨论了雷达抗干扰智能化水平分级标准,分析了不同智能化水平下雷达在感知-决策-进化中的技术特点。针对间歇采样干扰的主要威胁场景,提出一种自适应波形参数对抗方法,使得雷达在对抗中占据主导地位。

Under the condition of the same intelligent level of radar and electronic countermeasure (ECM), ECM has the inherent characteristics of initiative attack and energy advantage, thus the radar side is generally in an inferior position. It is a countermeasure idea for radar to adopt higher intelligence level than ECM to offset passive factors. The radar anti-jamming intelligent level classification standard is discussed, and technical characteristics under different intelligence levels in perception-decision-evolution are analyzed. In view of the current main threat scenarios of intermittent mode jamming, an adaptive waveform parameter countermeasure method is proposed, which can help radar to dominate the match between ECM and electronic counter-countermeasures.
