传统电表测量装置故障检测方法无法识别微弱故障信号,导致故障诊断精度偏差。为更好地修复电表测量装置故障,需准确提取微弱故障信号。文中提出了测量装置微弱故障信号增强检测方法,利用非线性耦合作用构成随机共振模型,获取耦合势函数三维图,提取电表装置微弱故障信号特征;利用小波变换归一化处理故障信号特征识别矢量,提取噪音信号特征,通过对信号可逆变换和去噪前的信号重构,增强电表装置微弱故障的信号,实现测量装置微弱故障信号增强检测。实验结果表明:该方法具有良好的精准度和可靠性,确保了装置安全稳定运行。

Traditional fault detection method of ammeter measuring device can′t identify weak fault signal, which leads to the error of fault diagnosis accuracy. In order to better repair the failure of ammeter measuring device, weak fault signal needs to be accurately extracted. A study on enhanced detection method of weak fault signal of the measuring device is proposed. A stochastic resonance model is formed by nonlinear coupling effect, a three-dimensional diagram of the coupling potential function is obtained, and the weak fault signal features of the ammeter device are extracted. The wavelet transform is used to normalize the fault signal feature identification vector, extract the noise signal features, reversibly transform the signal and reconstruct the signal before denoising, enhance the weak fault signal of the ammeter device, and realize the enhanced detection of weak fault signal of the measuring device. Experimental results show that the method has good accuracy and reliability, and ensures the safe and stable operation of the device.
