文中阐述了一款五位倍频程延时放大组件。应用垂直过渡结构和带状线传输线,在印制板上实现了延时线,而宽带幅相补偿技术的引入,优化了组件带内性能。将电源变换、波控管理单元、调制驱动模块和射频放大链路集成于低温共烧陶瓷上,实现组件的小型化和多功能化。实测结果表明,整个带内幅度起伏优于±0.5dB,延时精度高于±5°,寄生 调幅低于±0.5dB。

In this paper, a 5-bit octave true time delay (TTD) module is proposed. On a basis of vertical transition structure (VTS), wideband delay line fabricated on multilayer printed circuit board (PCB) can be realized. In addition, utilization of strip line as the delay circuit, we have obtained an ultra-band delay line. Moreover, wideband phase/ amplitude compensation circuits are employed for better performance. Meanwhile, supply converter, logical control, modulation drive and front-end RF circuits are mounted on temperature co-fire ceramic (LTCC). According to the measured results, amplitude fluctuation is better than ±0.5dB, and time-delay phase accuracy is within ±5°, while time-delay amplitude accuracy is within ±0.5dB in band.
