针对传统防雷措施在雷电主动防御中的不足,有必要研究一种主动防御雷电预警技术,为避免基础设施的雷击风险提供有效决策支持。基于此,文中提出了一种基于大气电场和闪电定位数据的雷电主动防御方法。首先,该方法采用大气电场和时间差分计算,以获得大气电场阈值、电场时间差以及雷暴距离;然后,结合雷电定位系统的雷电移动趋势预测,构建了对目标区域的小尺度短时的雷电预警技术。最后,将该方法应用于某地电网输电线路,验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。研究结果表明,该方法有效提升雷电的预警精度达41.2%。

In view of the shortcomings of traditional lightning protection measures in active lightning defense, it is necessary to study a kind of active lightning defense early warning technology to provide effective decision support for avoiding lightning risk of infrastructure.Based on this, this paper proposes a lightning active defense method based on atmospheric electric field and lightning location data. Firstly, the atmospheric electric field threshold, electric field time difference and thunderstorm distance are obtained by using the differential calculation of atmospheric electric field and time. Then, combined with the lightning moving trend prediction of the lightning location system, a small scale and short time lightning warning technology for the target area is constructed. Finally, the proposed method is applied to a local power transmission line to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method. The research results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the lightning warning accuracy up to 41.2%.
