海上异常传输(AP)下复杂环境建模与仿真是开展海用雷达探测效能研究的基础工作。现有研究一般只涉及标准大气条件下的海面雷达散射回波,忽略了海岸、岛屿、油井、商船、航道等各类复杂要素的影响,且较少涉及大气波导引起的电磁波海上传输的环境互作用影响,使回波模型较为简单而无法充分模拟实际雷达探测情况。文中针对已有研究的不足,对海上AP下复杂目标环境进行了分析建模,综合考虑海上复杂大气环境、雷达时空频特性与目标的耦合作用,实现了在宏观层面上对海用雷达海上探测回波更为真实的仿真模拟。本研究对海用雷达回波模拟及雷达探测效能研究分析有较大参考价值。

The modeling and simulation of complex sea environment under abnormal propagation (AP) is the basic work of the research on the detection efficiency of radar. Radar echo itself have been paid much more attention by predecessors whereas the effects of complex elements such as coasts, islands, oil-wells, merchant ships, routes and so on are ignored, and the AP transmission of electromagnetic wave caused by atmospheric duct is less concerned. Focusing on the above overlook factors, complex sea environment of targets under AP transmission is analyzed and modeled, and the coupling effect of complex sea environment, radar time-space-frequency characteristics and targets are comprehensively considered, in order to realize a more realistic simulation of marine radar echo at macroscopic. The research presented in this paper is of great reference value to marine radar echo simulation as well as radar detection efficiency.
