氮化镓(GaN)固态功放已在现代雷达中广泛应用。为了保证某S波段GaN固态功放的全频带、全温度范围技术指标,文中采用频带功率均衡、端口功率均衡、温度功率均衡等功率均衡技术,优化了频带、端口、工作温度范围内的功率起伏特性,使功放组件的可靠性得以提升,指标达到一流水平,对提高固态雷达发射机的技术水平具有重要意义。

GaN solid-state power amplifier is widely-used in modern radars. To guarantee the technical features of an S band GaN power amplifier over frequency band and temperature range, power equalization technologies of frequency band, port and temperature are adopted in order to overcome the power change caused by frequency band, port unbalance and temperature. As a result, the reliability of the amplifier is improved and its performance achieves a high level, showing great significance for improving the technology of solid-state radar transmitter.
