数字收发组件是数字阵列雷达的重要组成部分,通过某S 波段数字T/ R 组件的研制,对数字波形产生及移相、数字接收机、高功率放大、一体化电磁兼容等关键技术进行了研究。实现了在300 MHz 带宽内、-40℃ ~ +50℃的环境温度下、输出功率400 W 以上、噪声系数3 dB 以下时,组件的I、Q 相位误差0. 11°、幅度误差0. 1??,镜频抑制58 dB 以上,为先进数字阵列雷达的研制奠定了技术基础。

Digital transceiver module is an important part of digital array radar (DAR). Through the development of S-band digital T / R module, this paper studies the key technologies such as digital waveform generation and phase shift, digital receiver,highpower amplification and integrated electromagnetic compatibility. In the 300 MHz bandwidth, under the ambient temperature of -40 ℃ ~ + 50 ℃, when the output power is more than 400 W and the noise coefficient is less than 3 dB, the I and Q phase error of the module is 0. 11°, the amplitude error is 0. 1??, and the mirror frequency suppression is more than 58 dB. It lays a technical foundation for the development of advanced digital array radar.
