以发展先进空间态势感雷达,控制和掌握空间资源为导向,首先,给出了近年来国外地基空间目标监视雷达装备发展,介绍了包括美国太空篱笆、美国深空先进雷达、美国低成本太空监视雷达等在内的国外各装备研制背景、主要性能以及体系作战效能;然后,从国外装备介绍中总结了搜索跟踪一体化、分布式收发相参合成等当前国外地基空间目标监视雷达相关关键核心技术及发展趋势;最后,结合我国实际情况,给出了对我国地基空间目标监视雷达装备技术发展的几点启示。

To build advanced space surveillance radar to control the space resource, the overview of foreign land-based space surveillance radar in recent years is presented in this paper first, such as space fence, DARC,PFISR, KSR, MSR, etc. The radar background, main function and performance effective are introduced. After that, the paper concludes the key technique of all these radars such as searching and tracking integration technology, distributed coherent technology, etc. Finally, the inspiration is given from several aspects for development of our space surveillance radar.
