随着空中、水面、水下等各种军民领域航行器的发展,对目标进入/ 离开重要区域、越过分界线等实时监测越来越受到关注。针对传统人工告警方式存在的判断不准确和告警不及时等问题,设计了一种基于异构综合航迹的自动告警和预警应用系统,可根据实际需求自定义预警和告警规则,自动对满足告警规则的目标进行判断和告警提示,并能够进行时间和距离预告警。文中详细介绍了算法的理论基础,描述了几种常用告警的处理流程。仿真结果显示算法有效可行。

With the development of various air, surface and underwater vehicles in military and civilian fields, real-time monitoring of targets entering or leaving important areas and crossing boundaries has attracted more and more attention. There are many problems in traditional manual warning methods, such as inaccurate judgments, delayed warning and so on. An automatic early warning and alarm system is designed based on the heterogeneous integrated track. It can customize the warning rules according to the actual needs, and automatically judge and alert the target that satisfies the alarm condition. In addition, the system can process prewarning based on time and distance. In this paper, the theoretical basis of the algorithm is introduced in detail, and the processing flow of several common alarms is described. Simulation results show that the algorithm is effective and feasible.
