振动试验是考核产品可靠性和对工作环境适应性的重要试验项目。以某大型天线为研究对象,分析比较了单振动台试验系统和多振动台试验系统的优缺点,提出采用多台单轴并激励的试验方法,通过灵活配置单台、双台或多台单轴振动试验系统,解决了大型天线仅采用单台单轴振动试验系统时的夹具设计难题,避免了振动量级的不均匀性和单振动台振动试验无法克服的过试验或欠试验的问题,并对振动夹具设计、试验系统搭建进行了研究,提出了三个试验方向的试验系统设计方案。按照试验设计,对某大型天线进行了一次大胆的尝试,天线顺利完成三个方向的振动试验,取得较好的试验结果,振动试验研究对同类结构振动试验具有较好的指导意义和推广价值。

Vibration test is important for assessing product reliability and adaptability to working environment. Taking a large-scale antenna as the research object, the advantages and disadvantages of the single vibration table test system (VTTS) and multi VTTS are analyzed, and one test method of using multiple uniaxial tables to excite simultaneously is proposed in this paper. By flexible configuring single or double or multiple uniaxial tables, the fixture design problem that exists in the single uniaxial VTTS for large antennas is solved, and the non-uniformity of vibration magnitude and the over-test or under-test problem that cannot be overcome in single VTTS are avoid. The design of vibration fixture and the construction of test system are studied, and the design scheme of test system in three directions is proposed. According to the scheme, a bold but successful attempt was made on a large antenna. The antenna successfully completed the test in three directions and achieved good test results. This research on vibration test is worth popularizing for similar structures.
