基于海战场复杂电磁环境的基本概念,通过对影响海战场复杂电磁环境构建效能的因素进行分析,结合马尔科夫决策模型提出了一种复杂电磁环境构建效能评估方法。对海战场复杂电磁环境评估中的大规模不确定性环境下的感知和规划问题进行分层分解,并结合环境构设代价进行更加全面高效的效能评估。相较于传统基于费效比的评估方法,该方法可以更加直观、客观地展现出不同环境构设方案之间的实时收益转移。

Based on the basic concept of complex electromagnetic environment in sea battlefield,a method for evaluating the efficiency of complex electromagnetic environment construction is proposed by analyzing the factors that affect the construction efficiency and Markov decision process. In this paper, the perception and planning problems in large-scale uncertain environment are layered and decomposed for complex electromagnetic environment. A more comprehensive and efficient efficiency evaluation is proposed based on the cost of environment construction. Compared with the traditional evaluation method based on cost-effectiveness ratio,this method can more intuitively and objectively show the real-time benefit transfer between different environmental conctruction schemes.
