在自动化维修检测中,雷达电缆以及转接电路的电气故障自动查询需求日益旺盛。对于批量大、信号接口数量多的电缆或转接电路,尤其需要优化检测手段。文中讨论了一种电气故障自动化检测装置,利用继电器组及其控制电路,通过反馈两位二进制数据真值表,实现了对待测电缆或转接电路的四个电气基本状态的定位。在有效定位故障的同时大幅节约了系统资源和时间,相对“遍历式”查询方法,该装置的设计更具备优势。然后,介绍该设备在某型雷达自动化维修设备上的应用情况。最后,讨论了该项技术尚需要改进的地方。

In automatic recovering and fault checking, the electrical fault automatic checking for radar cables or path boards is more and more important for efficiency. Especially for the cables and path boards which has a big amount of signal ports, the testing method needs to be more automatic and efficient. A kind of electrical fault automatic checking device is discussed. The device which consists of relays and its controlling circuits, can locate the electrical fault from 4 different basic states, by establishing a truth table filled with a two digit binary data from the feedback signal. The working way of the device is considered to be more efficient in resource and time saving. It can reduce much more time than the way of all-over-tracing electrical fault checking. The application of the device on a radar automatic repairing system is presented. And more, the defect of the device is also discussed.
