一体化的宽带数字T/R组件发射链路的输出信噪比直接影响着信号质量,较低的信噪比将导致信号被接收时出现较高的误码率。通过对T/R组件发射链路各部分电路的噪声分析,总结出了线性链路的信噪比恶化量与噪声系数的关系式,可定量地指导发射链路设计;同时,分析了浅饱和功率放大器的噪声情况,提出了适合T/R组件的数字预失真解决方案,对宽带数字T/R组件的发射链路设计具有一定的指导意义。

The signal quality can be affected by the output signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of the wide-band digital T/R module, a lower SNR will result in a higher bit error rate when the signal is received. Through the noise analysis of each circuit in the transmission link of the T/R module, the relationship between the decrease of the SNR and noise figure can be acquired, which can quantitatively guide the design of the transmission link. In addition, the shallow saturation power amplifier is analyzed, and a digital predistortion solution suitable for T/R module is proposed, which has great significance to the design of wide-band digital T/R module transmission link.
