雷达作为一种主要的侦察监视装备,在复杂电磁环境实战化条件下发挥重要作用。文中提出一种基于置信规则推理的雷达效能评估方法。该方法是一种白箱方法,在效能评估过程中全程解析可见,具有良好的可解释性。同时基于解析步骤可以计算各能力/指标对雷达效能评估结果的贡献度,该过程具有良好的可追溯性,可用于识别关键能力/指标。面向某型雷达开展示例分析,结果表明文中提出的方法可以较好地完成可解释性可追溯雷达效能评估,并可用于支撑下一步雷达效能提升。

As one of the main equipment for surveillance, radars play important roles in the complex electromagnetic environments. A new belief rule inferencing-based effectiveness evaluation approach for radar is proposed. As a white box approach, the new approach is with high interpretability since the evaluation process is fully transparent. Moreover, the new approach is also with high traceability since the evaluation procedures are analytical, which can be used for identifying key capabilities/ indices. A case is studied for validating the efficiency of the proposed approach by providing superior interpretability and traceability in radar effective evaluation, which can be used for supporting effectiveness imporvement of radars.
