科学有效地评估装备的体系贡献度,是有效支撑装备体系建设的前提和基础。文中在构建太空态势感知装备体系结构的基础上,提出了评估指标体系和评估模型,并采用基于置信规则库的求解方法,以地基雷达典型探测装备为例,分析了三型不同探测体制雷达装备的体系贡献度。最终得出体系整体效能评估结果,证明了文中所提方法对科学规划装备体系具有一定的指导意义。

Scientific and effective contribution evaluation of weapon system-of-systems is the premise and base for supporting the constructions of the system-of-systems. The evaluation index system and evaluation model is proposed, the contribution of three different-typed ground-based radars is analyzed based on belief-rule-base on the basis of the construction of space situational awareness system architecture. Finally, the integrated efficiency of space situational awareness system is evaluated, the results show that the method proposed in this paper is of theoretical and practical significance to scientifically constructing the space situational awareness system.
