针对传统相控阵雷达执行多任务时面临时间资源短缺的问题,提出了面向多任务调度的雷达资源管理方法,以期提高雷达搜索与跟踪性能。首先依据相控阵雷达特征,给出多任务调度工作模式,同时建立雷达搜索与跟踪任务模型,而后通过分析相控阵雷达不同任务调度与可用时间资源的耦合机理,建立多任务评价函数表征搜索与跟踪任务表现,进而将资源管理问题构建为双目标优化问题;最后详细分析模型特性,利用线性加权方法将多目标优化问题转换为单目标优化问题,通过交替方向乘子法对该单目标优化问题进行求解。仿真结果表明,相较于传统资源均分方法,所提方案可以面向不同任务需求更加合理地分配资源,显著提升相控阵雷达在多任务调度背景下的资源利用效率。

The traditional phased array radar faces the problem of shortage of time resources when performing the multi-tasking. In this paper, a resource management method for the multi-task scheduling is proposed to simultaneously improve the radar search and tracking performance. The multi-task scheduling working mode is firstly given based on the characteristics of phased array radar,and the search and tracking task model is also established. Then, by analyzing the coupling mechanism of different tasks scheduling and available time resources of the phased array radar, a multi-task evaluation function is established to characterize the performance of search and tracking tasks, and the resource management problem is considered as a bi-objective optimization problem.Finally, the characteristics of the model are analyzed in detail, and the multi-objective optimization problem is transformed into a single-objective optimization problem by using the linear weighting method. The single-objective optimization problem is solved by the alternating direction multiplier method. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme can allocate resources more reasonably for different task requirements, and significantly improve the resource utilization efficiency of phased array radar in the context of multi-task scheduling.
