针对在多方向多波次反导预警作战中,由于预警资源有限甚至不足,无法有效保障弹道导弹目标搜索、跟踪、识别的问题,提出一种面向反导预警作战的多传感器任务分配拍卖方法。首先,根据反导预警作战任务分配的特点,提出了一种任务分解策略,实现对反导预警作战的分解;接着,针对预警资源有限甚至不足情况下弹道目标探测的问题,考虑时间资源、预警资源分配和任务连续性等约束,建立以高任务完成度、低传感器交换次数和低有效时间资源消耗为目标函数的多约束多目标传感器分配优化模型;然后,结合多约束多目标多传感器分配优化模型和拍卖算法,提出多传感器任务分配策略求解反导预警作战任务分配问题;最后,通过数值仿真验证分解策略、多约束多目标传感器分配优化模型和多传感器任务分配拍卖方案的有效性。

In the multiple direction and waves anti-missile early warning campaign, due to limited or even insufficient early warning resources, the search, tracking, or identification problems of the ballistic missile target are unable to be effectively executed. To solve this problem, a multi-sensor task assignment auction method is proposed. Firstly, according to the characteristics of the antimissile early warning′s task assignment, a novel task decomposition strategy is developed. Then, in terms of the ballistic detecting problem in the limited or even insufficient early warning resources, the early warning resources, resources assignment and the task′s continuity are considered as the constraints, and the multi-constraint multi-objective sensor assignment optimization model is established based on the objective of this model includes high task completion, low handover times and low resources consumption. Subsequently, combined the proposed optimization model and auction algorithm, the multi-sensor task assignment strategy is proposed to solve the task assignment problem in the anti-missile early warning campaign. Finally, the effectiveness of the multi-sensor task assignment auction method includes task decomposition strategy, the multi-constraint multi-objective sensor assignment optimization model and the multi-sensor task assignment strategy is proved by the numerical simulations.
