在仅采用方位传感器的前提下,利用单个平台进行动目标定位绝非易事,除非该平台采用费时又费力的边机动边观测方式。相比而言,基于双/ 多平台的纯方位传感器观测定位方案可在不依赖平台机动的情况下,通过三角测量实现目标准确定位。然而,该方案在多目标探测时会遇到平台间的数据关联问题,即多目标探测时需要剔除错误配对的多目标角度交叉点。针对此问题,文中提出一种采用关联前运动分析的方法,可实现精确的多目标关联和定位,同时给出判别目标真伪的置信系数。仿真分析表明该方法在多目标数据关联、目标定位与运动参数估计方面具备出色的性能。

In a single passive platform, it is never easy to realize target location through bearings-only measurements, unless the time-consuming laborious maneuvering is adopted. In comparison, with the use of two platforms, one could simply achieve accurate target location through triangulation calculation, and avoids processing platform maneuvering at the same time. However, this approach also brings an inter-platform association problem for multi-target scenarios, that is, one should recognize and exclude the false targets generated from wrongly-paired bearings. Aiming at this, a target motion analysis based analysis-before-association method for multi-target data association and location approach is proposed. The approach can achieve accurate target location and provide confidence coefficients of possible targets for recognition (real or false). The simulation shows that the proposed analysisbefore-association approach could achieve accurate inter-platform multi-target association and location.
