随着毫米波雷达的广泛应用,毫米波馈线网络也得到了迅速的发展。为了降低馈电网络损耗,通常选择波导作为传输线,但波导尺寸大、重量重的缺点需要解决,为此提出了一种Ka 波段紧凑型波导馈电网络设计方法。该网络将标准BJ100 波导的尺寸调整为非标波导,采用非标波导的窄边耦合设计12 个分口的收发网络。该方法能实现网络的一体化设计、制造,提高了网络分口幅度、相位的一致性。通过微波仿真软件进行参数优化,获得理想的性能指标。试验样件厚度减小40 %,重量轻10 %,网络幅度误差在0. 8 dB 之内,相位误差在10°以内。结果表明该方法设计的Ka 波段波导网络满足工程需求。

With the wide application of millimeter wave radar, millimeter wave feeding network has been developed rapidly . In order to reduce the loss of the feed network, the waveguide is usually selected as a transmission line, but the shortcomings of large size and heavy weight of the waveguide need to be solved. A Ka-band compact waveguide feeding network design method is presented in this paper. In this network, the size of standard BJ100 waveguide is adjusted to the non-standard waveguide, and a 12-port transceiver network is designed using the narrow-side coupling of the non-standard waveguide. This method can realize the integrated design and manufacture of the network, and improve the consistency of the amplitude and phase of the network. The parameters are optimized by microwave simulation software, and the ideal performance index is obtained. The thickness of the test sample is reduced by 40 %, the weight is reduced by 10 %, the network amplitude error is within 0. 8 dB, and the phase error is within 10°. The Ka-band waveguide network required by radar engineering is satisfied.
