舰载雷达由于工作环境的特殊性,近海地杂波、海杂波、气象杂波对目标的检测和跟踪影响很大,如何在各种干扰、杂波中将真实目标检测出来并实现快速有效的起始跟踪,一直是舰载雷达长期面临的问题。文中提出了一种基于点迹预处理的似然比起始方法,通过对雷达点迹进行预处理,获得目标点迹的置信度,利用似然比算法对目标进行起始处理。仿真试验结果表明,该方法在维持真实航迹高起始率的同时,降低了杂波等虚假航迹的起始,有效提高了舰载雷达在干扰、杂波环境中的起始性能。

Due to the particularity of the working environment for ship-borne radar, the offshore ground clutter, sea clutter and weather clutter have a great impact on the detection and tracking of target. How to detect the real target and realize the fast and effective initial tracking in all kinds of jamming and clutter has been a long-term problem for ship-borne radar. In this paper, a likelihood ratio initiation method based on the preprocessing of radar plots is proposed. By preprocessing the radar plots, the confidence degree of the real target plots is obtained. The experimental results of target initiation processing using likelihood ratio algorithm show that this method can maintain the high initiation rate of real track. It reduces the start of spurious track such as clutter and improves the start performance of ship-borne radar in the environment of jamming and clutter.
