伴随5G 移动通信发展的同时,新一代移动通信研究正在积极进行中,依托低地球轨道(LEO)卫星的星地移动通信技术进展迅速,揭开了地球移动通信网全覆盖的序幕,相控阵天线以其波束灵活而成为射频前端的主角,不同于静止地球轨道同步卫星通信天线,LEO 卫星通信天线面临更多的挑战。文中重点阐述LEO 星地通信中相控阵的技术特点,介绍其在目前主要星地通信系统中的应用情况,分析星地通信中相控阵技术的关键问题,例如数字多波束技术、低能耗技术、高G/ T 技术、共口径技术等,对星地通信中相控阵技术的发展趋势进行了展望。

With the development of 5G mobile communications, the new generation mobile communications are explored now. Based upon the low earth orbit (LEO) satellite, the satellite-mobile communications have made rapid progress and prelude the beginning of the global mobile communication with full coverage. So the phased array acts the leading role of RFFE(radio frequency front end) because it′s flexible beam. Different from the communication array of geosynchronous satellite in geostationary earth orbit, the LEO satellite communication array face more challenges. In this paper, the features of the phased array in LEO satellitemobile communications are presented as the focus and the application in the LEO satellite-mobile communications around world for instance. The key problems about the phased array in LEO satellite-mobile communications such as digital multi-beam technology, low energy loss control technology, high G/ T technology and shared aperture technology are analyzed. The expectation for the trend of the phased array in LEO satellite-mobile communications is given.
