为了获得目标的距离、方位角和俯仰角等位置信息,多功能相控阵雷达常用和差网络进行馈电。文中介绍了一种对称多节耦合线8. 34 dB 定向耦合器,结合耦合器交叉串联的设计思想,实现了一款两个七节上下交叉串联的小型化超宽带90° 3 dB 电桥。4 个3 dB 电桥和雷达系统中的移相器拓扑组合实现了八端口和差网络。对称多节定向耦合器直通口与耦合口的输出相位具有正交性,因此实现的和差网络在频带内拥有良好的相位一致性。测试结果表明: 在f0 GHz~3f0 GHz,该网络的损耗小于8. 5 dB,驻波小于1. 45,带内幅度一致性小于±0. 8 dB,相位一致性小于±4°,尺寸为130 mm×110 mm×1. 6 mm。该和差网络具有性能优良、结构简单、易加工的特点,目前已应用于相控阵雷达系统中。

In order to obtain the position information of target, such as distance, azimuth angle and pitch angle, the multi-functional phased array radar is usually fed with the sum-and-difference network. A symmetric multi-section coupled-transmission-line directional coupler is presented in this paper. Combined with the design idea of coupler cross-series, a two seven-section symmetrical directional coupler cross-serial 90 degree 3 dB wide-band bridge is proposed. Four 3 dB hybrid bridges and phase shifters in radar system are connected to form eight-port sum-and-difference network. The output phase of symmetric multi-element coupled transmission-line directional coupler between through port and coupling port is orthogonal. Therefore, the realized sum-and-difference network has good phase consistency. The measured results show that the network has good microwave transmission performance. The loss is less than 2. 2 dB, the VSWR is less than 1. 4,the amplitude unbalance is less than ±0. 5 dB, and the phase unbalance is less than ±4° in the range of f0 GHz~3f0 GHz. The size is 130 mm×110 mm×1. 6 mm. The sum-and-difference network which has the characteristics of excellent performance, simple structure and easy machining has been applied to phased array radar.
