为了满足大功率射频组件的大电流窄脉冲用电需求,文中提出了一种高效率、高密度和高可靠的负载点电源设计方案,给出了负载点电源的电路组成、核心元器件、关键电路参数计算方法,并提出了完善的过流、过压和过脉宽的保护电路设计方法。根据设计方案,研制了一台高电压、高频率、高密度和高效率的实验样机。通过样机的实验波形和测试数据,证明了负载点电源设计方法的正确性和有效性。

To fulfill the high current and narrow pulse power demand of high-power RF modules, in this paper a design scheme about high-efficiency, high-density and high-reliability point-of-load power supply is proposed. Selection of power circuit, components and parameter calculation methods are put forward, which contains complete protection function for over current, over voltage and over pulse width. Based on this design scheme, a high-voltage, high-frequency, high-efficiency and high-density experimental prototype is made. The correctness and effectiveness of the point-of-load power supply design is proved by experimental waveforms and measured data.
