测控设备的测量精度仍是当前测控领域重点关注的问题之一。常用的气球、卫星、飞机等校飞方式协同难度大、鉴定周期长,无法用真实环境达到试验鉴定的目的。全球导航卫星系统(GNSS)的定位精度已达分米甚至厘米量级,可以用于测控设备精度鉴定。为充分利用航天发射任务中的箭载GNSS 数据,首先设计了一种基于箭载GNSS 数据的测控设备精度鉴定系统,接着详细介绍了该系统的组成框架、工作原理、关键技术及应用场景。最后,利用某型测控设备遥测数据中的箭载GNSS 数据对其测量精度进行了精度鉴定,结果表明:该系统实现了测控弧段内测控设备的精度鉴定功能,极大地丰富了传统精度鉴定方法,具有较好的应用前景。

The measurement accuracy of measurement and control equipment is still one of the key issues in the field of measurement and control. The commonly used balloons, satellites, aircrafts and other calibration methods are difficult to coordinate, and the assessment cycle is often long, so it is impossible to achieve the purpose of test assessment with the real environment. The positioning accuracy of the global navigation satellite system (GNSS) has reached the order of decimeters or even centimeters, which can be used to assess the accuracy of measurement and control equipment. To make full use of the rocket-borne GNSS data obtained in the space launch mission, an accuracy assessment system for measurement and control equipment based on the rocketborne GNSS data was designed first, then the composition framework, working principle, key technologies and application scenarios of the system were introduced in detail. Finally, the arrow-borne GNSS data in the telemetry data of a measurement and control equipment was used to assess its measurement accuracy. The results show that the system realizes the accuracy assessment function in the measurement and control arc of the measurement and control equipment, which greatly enriches the traditional accuracy assessment method and has a good application prospect.
