随着不断变化的军事需求牵引和有源相控阵、开放式架构等技术的进步,近年来多功能综合射频技术不断迭代发展,形成了大量的研究成果。其中高波段多功能一体化是各国的重点研究内容,从这个角度出发,文中介绍了国外机载、舰载领域综合射频典型项目的最新发展情况,总结了主要关键技术发展特点,为国内高波段综合射频发展提供一定借鉴思路。

With the constantly changing military demand traction and the process of active phased array, open architecture and other technology, multifunctional integrated RF technology has been developed iteratively in recent years. Many research results have been formed, among which high-frequency integrated multifunction is the key research content in various countries. From this point, this paper reviews the latest development of typical integrated RF projects in the field of airborne and shipborne. The development characteristics of key enables are summarized, which can partly guide the development of integrated multifunction RF in China.
