    Abstract:
In order to solve the target-losing period problem in netted fire-control radars忆intermittent tracking, dual threshold infrared/radar intermittent target tracking method is proposed. Firstly, improved algorithm of antenna beam control is used to eliminate the effect of correlative errors. Then, the method uses dual threshold to control sensor's working time, and increases silent radar' s response time by cross location of infrared sensors. At last, sequential filtering fusion algorithm based on data compression is used for dissimilar data fusion, and continuous target track is formed. Simulation results showed that this method could weaken the effect of target-losing period problem and improve system performance.

    Abstract:
Adaptive design of sampling interval and power is studied in this paper. A novel method of adaptive sampling interval design is proposed based on interacting multiple models (IMM) tracking algorithm and covariance control method. Desired tracking accuracy is set for every target firstly, and then the algorithm selects the largest sampling interval from the interval sequence. On the condition of constant detection probability, an adaptive method for emitting power is given based on target distance and radar cross section(RCS). The simulation results show that the method is effective.

    Abstract:
In bistatic inverse synthetic aperture radar (ISAR) imaging, resolution of one-dimensional range profile decreases because of the bistatic angle. To solve this problem, algorithm for bistatic one-dimensional range profile imaging is researched. Based on the analysis of sparse characteristic of baseband echo, the problem of range profile imaging is converted to the signal sparse decomposition in noisy environment. With the alterable time-delay cell, regularization parameter is chosen by L-curve method. Then the sparse decomposition coefficients are estimated via generalized regularized focal undetermined system solver (FOCUSS) algorithm. Based on the coefficients, one-dimensional range profile is created. Resolution of range profile created through this algorithm could not be effected by bistatic angle and is totally decided by the time-delay cell. Simulation experiments validate the algorithm.

    Abstract:
According to the scan characteristic and observation information of 2D sensor, the observation model for three-dimensional moving target using single station was built, and an elevation parameterized extended kalman filter (EPEKF) algorithm for target in three-dimensional constant velocity was presented. Firstly, the elevation region of the sensor was divided into several subintervals. Then, the algorithm performs parallel absolute extended Kalman filter in each subinterval and the weights of each filter was updated according to the tracking result. Finally, the estimation from each filter was fused to obtain the final state estimation of the target. The accuracy and stability of the proposed tracking and location algorithm for the target in 3D space can be confirmed by the simulation results.

Wind shear is one of the most important factors causing air accidents. It can be detected by airborne forward-looking weather radar, which is key equipment for safeguarding air transportation. With great danger and short duration, the real radar data of wind shear is difficult to acquire. So the echo simulation of the wind shear is important to the research of the wind shear detection. In the paper, a new idea for simulating the echo signal of wind shear is proposed. Firstly, a high-fidelity wind shear field is produced from the wind shear model with wind field simulation software. Then it is used to generate the time series data of radar by simulating radar operation. Finally the analysis of the simulation results demonstrates that the simulation is reasonable.
